Rapid Results Diagnostics review: COVID Testing

Their website indicated and personal all indicated that they were a free testing site with insurance. I took my 6 year old for a COVID test because he was running a fever and had other key symptom back in August. I have received bills for $275 from them for my sons test and attempted to email and call them without any responses as to why they are charging me $275. Nobody answers they calls at any number other than to schedule a test and nobody returns voicemails or emails. Their bill shows that they provided two tests when we only took one child for one test.
