In 2010, I purchased a grade horse for $4000 a half Friesian from Bobbie, Roberta Johnson of Maricopa Arizona. She over inflated the prices and lied to me about where the horse came from. She then refused to tell me the horse's breeding. I wondered if the horse was stolen but couldn't find any horse like her; after thing about it became concerned with stolen breadings after being told horse marks can be changed.

In addition, Bobbie Johnson advertized as a horse trainer, so I shipped my stud to her for under saddle training. When my colt got to her place I was sent photos of shin splint fractures on both front legs which the trainer completely missed. The colt had weak front legs.
So training was put off for weeks which turned into two months.

Meanwhile, the trainer fired her son repeatedly for multiple reasons.

I switch training from my colt to my mare and nothing was done for months! So after my colt held, I request to training him. Training started with the colt being riden on the third day. This is backwards and should have NOT been introduced until the last days of training. I was told the horse was beeing trained when infact he was not as I checked the security tape every day. Brandon the adult son was asking me for money. Then I'd find my colt hurt, rope burns, colts stall demolished, and cut up, 2 laserations on the front legs, two shin splint fractures. Of course no one saw anything or heard anything. The ranch as most do have healer dogs and 4wheelers that spook horses. I found rope burns on my colt but no one knew what happened.

On 10-31-10, I came to the Ram's Head Ranch to find my colt with two laserations on his front legs and NO ONE knew what happened; Hmm? The trainer's son Brandon was practiing roping on my colt which caused the horse to slam his legs into the round pen poles. Note the colt already had two laseration under the shin splint boots. I was not called or notified until I arrived. Medical was to be offered via boarding contract but was not. Brandon was roping the CHOKING while yanking my colt off his front end like the BIG LOOP HORSE ROPING EVENT!. Brandon didn't use verbal command or praise the colt either. Brandon can't control his temper and likes to fight. After I got home and looked at the video I realized that Brandon was undoing/untraining my horse. Brandon was teaching my horse to fear and panic which means "IF YOU TEACH A HORSE WITH A HEAVY HAND IT WILL ONLY RESPOND TO A HEAVY HAND."
After $500 vet bill, I ask training to stop via doctors orders. But Brandon tried to get me to call another vet to release my colt so Brandon could continue cracking on him. Then I find more bloody marks in the form of spur raking!

I send an email to his mother who promptly took up for him after having fired him and ran him from her home repeatedly months earlier. I became untrusting of all the Ram's Head Ranch's family members and insisted that Brandon not work my horse any more. Brandon lost his temper and whiplashed my horse after he as spent an hour sending the horse off with a jump start. The saddle was put on too soon and the horse responded with fear and panic. IF YOU PEOPLE ONLY KNEW! After showing the videos to the previous trainer of my colt she comfirmed my suspission as to the brutal methods that Brandon was using. Bradon saw the video and only Brandon, his mom, the previous trainer and me could see the video. Brandon got mad and lost is temper again then sent me a threatening cell message. So, I moved my horses out after finding two nifes in my horse's stalls.

The trainer I hired, Bobby Johnson, not her two son's does not brake to ride the horse's her self. She uses her minor son Gage or her older son Brandon both of which fight regularly. This is a RISK LIABILITY TO ALL HORSE OWNERS. If those kids get hurt the owner loses everything they own? (I wondered why Brandon wanted to go to my home town where my ex lived and Gage was calling my horse by my ex's first name. Hmm? )

Do to an unfortunate illness, I asked Bobbie to put my horses on her web page for sale. She said she would and never did.

After Mrs. Johnson's illness she admited to me that she could NOT convey messsages to her kids that her husband was telling her. I found horse's not fed on time which causes them to eat agressively because her kids don't want her job! I found no water often and had to watch if my horses had water regularly. They didn't feed the days they go to here show events because they are too tired. So the horse's go without eating. THIS IS A RISK OF COLIC AND EVEN DEATH TO THE HORSE. Which is exactly what happened to their horse after I left. Other horses colic regularly. I witnessed their main stallion left without water from 3pm to 7 am the next morning. I have photos but Bobbie denied it promptly. Those kids are NOT caring for the boards horse or their own horses. I witness Don Johnson's horse having to drink stinky slimmy water and later one of those horses died. Nov 8, 2010. I was shot at after this.

After I left, I had prepaid for Dec 2010 stall rent of two horse which was not returned to me. The training of my colt had to be redone.
Multiple injuries to my colt led to over $2000 dollars in vet bills.
My colt had to be sudated because they don't know or don't have the pashants to work with horse during the shoeing. Why trainers are allowed to practice vet medicine I not sure. My concern was the foot and mouth disease issues, excessives flys and stinky manure.
Also at a cost to me. Because Bobbie Johnson HATES local vet Dr. Anderson all the horses at the Ram's Head Ranch are at risk because the closest vet is never available.

I witness Gage Johnson choking his new puppy while shaking it by it's neck. I told him to stop it in front of his mom who said nothing. In Arizona, you can CHOKE or kill an animal as long as your are doing it under the rodeo event, training lesson or have a boarder sign away their rights wth a waiver.

After I moved my two horse's out, Gage Johnson came to the horse place where I kept my horses. My mare got sick and quit eating for 3 days and someone let my colt out and the other horses bit him repeatedly as he became all cut up! I moved my horses again.

Bobbie does NOT clean stalls as advertised; they work the manure into the dirt then feed on the dirt infested manure! GROSS! My mare developed skin and itch issues. My horses where filthy and itchy. As the dust is worse at their new place on Thunderbird road.

Note they don't always water the round pen down to reduce the risk of dust fever to themselves or your horse who is breathing hard and in heavy dust. Nor did they use shin splin boots until I requested it.
THOSE PEOPLE WATCHED A HORSE TRAIINING VIDEO AND ARE ADVERTIZING AS PROFESSIONAL HORSE TRAINERS WHICH THEY HAVE NO FORMAL SCHOOLING IN!

They didn't ever offer my horses turn-out or access to the hay pile as advertized. After they moved to the new place, no covers where put up and no feeders either. They are the most lazy horse ranch I have ever seen. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE RAM'S HEAD RANCH TO ANYONE! THEIR PLACE STINKS AND IS INFESTED WITH FLYS!

I was carrying a tape recorder and a camera and can prove every thing here in. All I asked for was a quiet place to stall my horses while I recovered form life threatening medical issues. I would have let this all go but I realized that they ran me off so they didn't have to work because that's what I was witnessing while at the Ram's Head Ranch in Maricopa Arizona by Bobbie Johnson from Augest to November 2010.

I found nothing to be the way Bobbie Johnson advertized nor did I see them doing their jobs, stalls not clean, horses not fed or water regularly, training not done as said and I was ask by her two boys to pay them $10 in addition to what I had previously paid them to ride the fresheness out of my other trained horse. Which both boys repeatedly told me I was gutties to get on the horse they just sold me and said was broke to ride.

Bobbie, you owe me money for work not done. You refused to return my calls after I told you I wouldn't press charges against Brandon for threatening me. You are ripping off your boarders and lying as well.

The loose dog thing you testified about. I have you making it all up on audio tape. Yeahpers! You'll are violent people of your own admission. 1 dead horse, 2 dead goats, 2 dead dogs and possible 2 to 4 of the neighbors dogs because you didn't tie your dogs up either like you testified and left muliple posts on line. Hmm?

In the interet of public notice please don't take your horse to the
Ram's Head Ranch in Maricopa Arizona it is a waist of money and time and your horse and finances are at risk because Bobbie Johnson uses the waiver so she doesn't have to do her job!

Mr. Johnson I am sorry you had to hear about that is going on at your home while your out working hard to provide for your family.
The email conversation between me and your wife who has not control over you'lls kids. I'm sorry your horse Tio died Dec 8 2010. But your family is lazy and did NOT properly care for the horses while I was there from Aug to Nov 2010.

I tried telling them about the horses not beeing water but you can't tell these people; they just don't care. I tried to water the horses I found many many times with out water as well as having to clean my horse's water because of the slimmy water issues at the Ram's Head Ranch. I became concerned after multiple verbal statement's like, "I don't care if that horse dies." and "I hate that dog." "I'll burn your horse." May be that man will kill himself." This is one messed up family!

This review stays until you return the money your own me for work not done!
No other horse was cut up or treated the way my was in the three months I board with Bobbie Johnson after I refuse to give them any more money!

I'm an retired horse trainer and have been around horses most of my live and I have never seen this crap before.
Heads up public notice!
