Ramada - inn, staff, & cleanliness

These units can not be described as a hotel, inn or motel! The rooms were disgusting!
We booked 6 rooms for 3 nights on March 10, 2019.
We arrive in Anchorage at 8:30pm. We were picked up by their shuttle at about 8:50 pm and arrive at the location at about 9:10pm to the start of disappointment!
First they had issues in finding rooms to be group together.
Two available rooms were not ready and need to be made up (at 9pm!)
The rooms that were available were filthy! None were fit for habitation!
None had working air conditions! The brackets or shelves that house the AC units were missing screws. Some brackets were barely hanging on. 5 of the rooms had none working AC units. Some had portable fans.
We were shown a few rooms on the third floor (the top floor) with no AC units that work. It felt like a hot sauna at about 110 degree.
When I inquire about fans for the rooms at the front desk. These were some of the responses:
1. We have no fans available! But there were TWO (2) units directly behind the 2 desk clerks that were generating a lot of air movement!
2. Well, you are checking in "LATE"! I reminded this jerk! We made reservation a few months ago for these 6 rooms!
VERY rude and condescending!
Getting back to the rooms.
All had exposed conduits. A number of the rooms smell like a active smoking parlor.
Rugs were old and filthy.
Baseboards were barely mounted in 6 of the rooms we saw.
Holes in the furniture like they were reclaimed from Goodwill store. rusting all over the bathroom and an air conditioner hanging off the wall that didn't work.
Rooms was filled of smoke residue. The response: "was that customer do smoke and we have no control". There is a large sign posted "This is a Non-smoking" establishment. Ha!
Seeing that we could not get any resolution to rooms that will afford us a decent 3 days stay.
We guess Ramada does need our business nor our cash!
We decided to find another avenue of rooming at 11:50am.

We were too frustrated to take photos.

The registration was under Sally Wong and Mary Lopez.
Our period of stay was July 3 through July 6. 2019.

Ramada - ramada by wyndham anchorage hotel

Reserved four rooms in Anchorage for multiple nights. Had to cancel stay due to state of rooms. Carpets were stained, white exterior bed sheet had stains, windows did not have screens and did not latch closed. The phone was missing upper buttons but still in the room. A prime example of furnishings in a room that are no longer functional but still in the room. I found it so odd I took a photo. I wish I took more photos to submit but was in a hurry to find alternative last minute lodging. I booked these rooms based on my previous experience with Ramada as offering a trustworthy product. I am no longer confident that a stay at a Ramada hotel is good idea given this representation of this property.
