This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

This company solicited me stating they worked with Federal Loan Servicing regarding student loans and had a program that would not only lower my monthly payment (which I had not asked for) and that after 20 years of payments, would be forgiven. They indicated that while they were making application, I would continue to make the payment through them, and that my current loan program needed to be deferred while that was happening so that I was not making double payments.

All they did was forward the deferment paperwork I signed to Fed Loan Servicing, and debit my account. They had no such agreement, filed no such consolidation, nor have any affiliation with the actual loan provider.

Now I'm not only out the monthly payments they drafted, I've accrued extra interest and extended the duration it will take me to pay off my loans - because I signed the authorization to let them draft my account.

I'm trying to call the number, but it keeps saying it out of service, yet gets an email saying they have not received my information to continue the process.

Similar with me. They did negotiate a better payment thru Fed loan servicing and is set for 20 years whether paid off or not, will be forgiven. But, they continue to draw out of my checking account $40 a month of which they said would stop after my first Fed loan pymt. I'm on my 3rd and they haven't stopped. Sent them email and tried to call but have no response as of yet.

I think this happen to me as well..
they said my loans could be forgiven. that they collected a servicing fee. my account was debited twice for almost $300 and now $40 a month when they said my payments would be 0...
too good to be true
luckily I bank with the military.
