Hello,
I received my cpap in January and I also paid my copay of 100, dollars for supplies. Everytime I call, and I had called aproximately 25 times, I get people, such as the nasty guy that doesn't listen or understand anything, or Irene, who is sweet, but I am afraid she just [censored]s me, to get me off the phone... this is absolutely disgusting and outrageous that I paid for supplies and cannot get anyone over the phone that listens and does their job. I would like my 100. dollar co-pay back, as I resorted to buying on my own... This is unprofessional service with very incompetent workers.

Desired outcome: For the company to be aware of their incompetent people with empty promises and no real answers. Its abusive to have people make empty promises. I was told many times that someone will get back to me, noone ever did!!!
