I returned items with tags on them had the receipt and because it was more than 10 days old they did not give me the cash back or credit my card that I use from my bank so they gave me an in store gift card for $41.56. I went to go purchase new items with this card and now they’re telling me the card does not work. Are they keeping my money why I’d like this to be investigated it’s just not right or fair. The store was in McKeesport Olympia Shopping Center, Pennsylvania.

Claimed loss: $41.56

Desired outcome: I would like the money return to me as I shouldn’t pay for the consumers mistake and I will not shop there any longer
