Rain Internet review: Service providers

R499 False Advertisement by Rain network and internet service providers.

HI we are customers for rain as its provide us with internet data and we pay for that, they gave us 4G network which was giving us problems and keep buffering 90% of the time and we complain and complained until they see that thy are loosing customers, then they introduce 5G which we were happy about it to our surprise what they advertised was Lies because they said Switch from 4G to 5G for only R499 per month, we did that we were happy that buffering is gone, now comes the payment date the telling us we owe them R699 which we didn't agree on that, we only took JUST BASIC PACKAGE OF R499 NOT Standard Package or Premium one but jus Basic for R499, please assist us cuz we now don't have internet because of the debit Oder didn't go through because of their consultants who always sell you what they want to benefit their own pocket's while us customers suffers.
Rain must get professionals consultant to sell their products because its a ripping off a day light robbery, imagine we didn't budget for 699 package as we know our pocket's,
