Rain Internet Provider review: I want my money back

RAIN INTERNET YOU SUCK AND ARE LIARS.

I have been a customer of rain for 3 years and had constant problems where there was no connection or really bad connection but I stuck it out and continued using them. In February I had my debit set on the 25th of the month but the previous month my pay only came in late that night so the debit bounced, and was debited the next day. So in February I decided to change the date to the 1st of the month, being 1st of March. 25th of February comes, and I was debited, and I was confused, but it was fine, the debit went off, then the 1st of March came along and I was debited again, so now I need to get hold of them... Oh my word, do you think that you can contact rain? It's basically impossible. I continued trying to get hold of them to no avail. So I thought maybe they will just credit me for the next month. Not a chance, the next month they debited my account again. I was really angry, and tried once again to get hold of them and also cancelled my account with them, which would be the end of the month of April. I found somewhere in the rain app that I could send them a msg... Which I did, telling them that they owed me money due to the double debit. Rain does Pro-rata payments, if you haven't paid, you don't get internet until you pay again for that month. So May comes along, they had already cut me off due to my cancellation, but they still tried to debit my account, I did not have money in my account so they did not get the money. They tried for a few days. I sent another msg in the app to them, they send an email, or rather their robot sends an email saying they will try sort the problem. So now June comes along and they debit my account again. Now why would they be debiting my account if they do Pro rata and I cancelled with them, last time I used them was April. So I contact the bank and they could see my dilemma, I had to send proof of cancellation, which I did. So rain owed me 2 payments, the double debit and the June debit. The bank eventually managed to get hold of them and they said that the debit in June was relevant as I didn't pay in May, for what I ask? My account was cancelled. But they had nothing to say about the double debit, the woman from the bank asked why it's so hard to get hold of them and they said that they are low staffed. WTF. They also said to her that I musn't even bother trying to get hold of them. I am angry and want my money back.

After being a brilliant customer for 3 years they treat me like that.
