Sept., 2009, I purchased 2 Kenwood Model EW7507EK authomatic thermostat oil filled heaters. I emailed De'Longi's Customer Service on why the heaters do not give off much heat and seem to be in need of more oil and requested to be advised where I can get the heaters serviced. Their only response was to ask me to provide them with my complete identification info (Name, Address, Phone Nr, email address, etc.). I included a contact telephone number in my email to them. As a 77 yro senior, I found their response very repulsive and typical of most businesses now that they've got the money.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
