Quintevents NC review: F1 tickets deposit - refund application: oocf176

I made a deposit for 2pcs F1 Tickets for Miami Racing 2022 on the 10/01/2021 through Quintevents in the amt. of USD $2160.00. I was told that it was not yet available, and a deposit was required to secure seats. Also, you can pay a security Fee in case of Cancellation which I did. Before the Event I got Covid and was hospitalized for 2 wks. and further treated with Dr. supervision for more than a month later. Later developed an Eye Problem which also had to be treated by a specialist. Unable to travel for more than six months I had to cancel with Quintevents on the tickets. I was later told that I had to file a Claim with REFUNDME to get my money back.

I did so with continuous correspondence and was told that they are working on it. I was also asked by Refund Team to provide Bank Info and the Address used for the tickets. They are claiming the info is Invalid, but it is Correct. I even provided more than one Bank info. I have supplied all the info. requested over a year period now Without any Refund. My latest correspondence was on the 10/17/2022. again, they said one wk. again they are working on it. But they have failed to provide a Refund and I don't believe they will. I reached out to BOA, but the time has passed to claim.I am now asking for your assistance in this matter.
