Our family has used they QT for that past 20 years, whether for pop/coffee on out way to school, always for gas, weekend bevrages and more. We understand this store is closing the end of the year and today I see why if this type of customer service continues. I purchase hot drink on a regular basis (4-5 x/week) and I have always used a double cup due to one experience I had on the way to school where the cup collapsed and the lid popped off. Today the young gentleman charged me an additional.25 for the cup! When I questioned him he said thats what I do in all of the stores where I work! Sorry I did not get his name but I can sure go back!
