Hi, my name's Mr. Pereira TICKET NUMBER [protected]. I have a Range Stove top to be repaired.
They schedule an appointment to repair my stove on September 30/2022 it has been done by Quick Service Company at the Service Center.
I spoke with a very impolite agent which schedule the repair for the date above, but a Technician will call me by 9:00 am and he's going to tell the time he will be able to show up. It could be for, right after the call, or all way the later afternoon.
I'm a patient of MSKC. I mentioned that my Doctor's waiting for me to confirm my appointment for morning or afternoon.
I can't believe they cannot schedule my appointment neither for morning or afternoon. Does it have to be for the whole day?
Please review this matter for me, while I am still keeping this Sept.30 schedule.
