Queen City Chihuahuas and Frenchies review: Refund not complete

June 22, 2022 I bought a chihuahua puppy from Queen City Chihuahuas and Frenchies. My other chihuahua I have in the home was very aggressive, to the point I felt he would hurt this puppy so I called Sabrina to see if she would take it back and refund my money. She agreed and I took it back the next day. I didn’t even have it 24 hours. I paid $2000.00 for the puppy. She gave me $500.00 when I returned her and stated she would refund the rest when she sold her. She told me she sold the puppy a week later. But did not return my money. I had to hound her for 6 months, and eventually got $1300.00 back. To this day she still owes me $700.00. She has stopped contact with me. I am filing this complaint because I want my money back and I don’t want her to do this to anyone else. If she will cheat a senior citizen, she will cheat anyone.
