I purchased copeptide and tropocollagen from quantum facial. The persons I talked with were Maytor and the owner of quantum facial Percy Von lipinski. On 6/20/2024 I returned 8 boxes of collagen and 8 boxes of copeptide total 16 boxes $960. On 3/26/24 I paid $1,260 to Percy Von lipinski. He received my return items, but he said not 16 boxes, I had post office receipt showed 15 pounds. I told him bring the returned item to post office and weight again to see 15 pounds or less. He refused to do that. That’s mean the owner (Percy Von lipinski) scammed, liar n fraud. He know if he go to post office the weight will not be 15 pounds, because he does not want to refund full amount back to me, he hide a few box somewhere. Do not buy anything from this quantum facial, especially do not deal with this owner, Percy von lipinski scammed, liar n fraud. This client has been quite difficult to work with and uncooperative regarding the refund amount we proposed. From my understanding, a generous refund was prepared and ready for her, but she declined it, insisting on reimbursement not only for her purchase but also for the samples we provided. Refunding the cost of samples is unreasonable and not standard practice. Given the circumstances, the matter will likely need to be resolved in court, especially in light of the unfortunate passing of our CEO and Founder, Percy Lipinski, in a tragic car accident on December 22nd.
