I am writing to advise you of unsanitary conditions in the Quality Inn, on West Mercury Boulevard in Hampton, Virginia.
My grandson and his fiancé made a reservation at this hotel for the night of September 2. They made this reservation through Hotels.com (conf# [protected]) and my credit card was used for payment. At 9PM that evening, they called to tell me there was no indication their assigned room had been cleaned after the prior occupant. The bedding had lipstick marks and there were large visible bugs in the room as well. I am told the hotel staff gave them new sheets and said not to worry about the bugs as they were water bugs. Really!
I advised them to find another hotel and I would reach out for restitution from Hotels.com. I request you refund $138.86 to my credit card.
