This company did a contract using Ygrene for us in 2020. They installed French doors with a broken glass and never finished the job. They let the permit expired and never renewed it and now the county fined me for an expired permit. This company is not a reputable and they are also dishonest. Their customer service is garbage and they do not return calls. They paint a pretty picture and leave their customers hanging without finishing the job. I really don't know why they keep this company in business.
Desired outcome: Open the permit back up from the county and fix the door that was installed with a cracked glass so we can have a final inspection!
