We run a hair extension company, our supplier had let us down so we started looking around for another .I received an email from Qingdao Future Hair Products Co., Ltd (or QDFUTURE HAIR ) they sounded professional, website looked ok, and and We ordered a sample of the remy hair from this company, and it was great, after that We ordered 2-3 small orders of around $1000 worth of remy human hair, all was great hair and was lovely, , and we truly thought we had found a good company to produce good quality hair extensions for us. The hair was popular and we were running out, so we made a bigger order to stock up, investing $30, 000 !. The order arrived and seemed ok to look at, although I did notice it felt drier, and a little 'crispy' (Remy hair should feel smooth and cool to the touch) almost immediately, our clients started complaining the hair was not the usual standard, I trailed a set in my own hair, and they were terrible, worse than the cheapest ebay hair imaginable !.I contacted Monica the only person who seems to exist at this company, and she assured me the quality was correct and that my customers were not looking after the hair correctly (ummmm many are professional hair dressers), Week 2-3 complaints, pictures from customers showing us balls of matted hair ..
I have contacted Monica again this week and 10 emails later, no response from Qingdao Future Hair Products Co., Ltd. Legal action here we come.
