QB Manba Store review: unethical behaviour

My order number [protected] has not arrived and it is over 120 days since placing this order.
Despite the seller advertising a 60 day full refund if not delivered in 60 days, the seller has made numerous promises to refund me, but has not done so, and continues to avoid this issue.
I did not register a dispute in time as the seller kept telling me he would find me a 'nice solution'. I request that he be disciplined please for unethical behaviour and not sticking to his published guaranteed refund policy
