I ordered from KFC on Talabat. I specifically asked them not to give breast piece. A big fat breast piece was sitting there in my order. I asked them to give cheese fries and all I got was dry fries with NO cheese (I am not exaggerating there was literally no cheese in them). It was plain dry fries. These people are so stingy. Customers are paying extra 3 riyal for cheese only.
Whenever I dine in any KFC in Doha, if I ask them put cheese properly, the employees look at me as if I asked for both their kidneys! Same goes for sauce. They give literally 2 satchets of sauce for any order. We always have to ask for more. I mean how stingy you can be on such trivial things. Such a big name and such pathetic service.
Desired outcome: I would like to get better service next time. Nobody wants to get a refund on cheese fries, at least don't make customer experience pathetic.
KFC - bad customer service
I went to the restaurant with my family. I was there 5 mins before 1 am. When I was going inside I saw the timing of the branch which said the branch is open till 2 am. To my horror when some of us got inside the staff there closed the door behind our back. 3 among us was still outside, then we had to tell them they are with us to get them in. After that when I went for giving the order, the lady staff there told me that only take away is available. I asked her that the timing showed that you are open till 2 am. She didn't like it, from there on her replies were very rude.
I never had an experience like this in kfc before, in any other country or any other branch in qatar.
It is very unprofessional. Either you need change the timing in the information or you need to make sure they are open till the time that is specified there.
If she was telling me this 15 mins before I can understand, or even half an hour can be justified. There is exactly 1 hour more to closing time and they are not willing to give us dining in order.
I was very much surprised and shocked about the answer. I am saying all this to bring this to your notice. But if you know it before or it is how it works, then I have nothing to say other than it is very unprofessional and not a good business ethics.
I will never go back to that branch again.
