Puppies Up North review: Being ripped off and lied to

We purchased a puppy from Puppies up North. I believed her (Pam) to be a caring and loving person. I was so wrong. Should have read the reviews first but I didn't. She lies, puppies are NOT potty trained. The puppy Lemon Law cannot be enforced. And if you complain, she will blame you for everything, and lie about you. Look at her reviews. It's true. Our puppy had a severe case of ear mites. Supposed to have a thorough vet exam before we get the puppy. When I asked her to pay the vet bills, she refused. Although she will say she offered, and I refused. Think about it, why would I do that? I am not sure if she just doesn't know how to be honest, or if she will do or say anything to get your money. One puppy even died, and she had no compassion or caring. AND, she did not give them their money back, or another puppy.
