Pueblo Bonito Sunset Resort review: Mislead about Timeshare contract

Hi,

My name is Danish Sabharwal and I was visiting los cabos and got invitation to visit the presentation at Pueblo bonito resort. I was on vacation and already intoxicated and one of your team lure me with drinks, snacks and some vacation packages but now I came to know that is a timeshare contract. At that time I was so pressurized and team was so luring me and misled me with wrong information to sell their product.

I couldn’t read the agreement properly because I was drunk and your agent “David Sega” and his coworker rush me to sign the papers. David told me that I will not get charge-anything because he offered me 1 week free vacation at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Report as a trial and I can cancel anytime if I don’t like it.

My ID worked yesterday and I realized I got mislead and they sold me timeshare contract instead of vacation package. I’m not interested in this contract.

I would like to cancel my contract and please refund me the charges $1152 USD as I got charged from my credit card (which I dnt remember when I shared)

I’m try to contact the agent, customer service of this resort and try to call multiple times but no response yet.

I looking for positive response from this reputed resort.
