This organization accuses me of non-payment for August, 2021. I believe I used their service from 2017 until 2018. A better service was mentioned to me, so I stopped using their service. In addition, I had to discontinue automatic payments made to them via PayPal even after I changed providers.
Now they want me to pay them $20 for services I didn't use August 15, 2021. And, they want me to pay with a card. My email mentions that I don't use a card to pay for similar services. And especially since I didn't use their service after 2018. They must have me mixed up with some other person. As a result, I answered the email they sent and hope they understand there was no usage from me for their service on the date mentioned in August of 2021.

Desired outcome: I would hope PUCK TV DOWNLOADS understands I didn't use their services at any time after 2018. If I used it in 2018 at all. And, never in 2019, 2020, and 2021. I don't use it currently as well.
