I previously filed a complaint against Public.com.
Public.com responded numerous times with false and incorrect information, and provided no backup or proof of their claims. At issue was the spinoff of O shares to ONL shares for holders of record as of 11/2/2021. Public.com persistently claimed that the record date for receiving the shares and cash distribution was 11/15/2021, which was the date of the press release, NOT the record date. After providing proof of my ownership of O shares as of the record date, Public.com refused to acknowledge my claim was legitimate.
Today, Public.com has acknowledged via an email (attached) that the record date was NOT 11/15/2021, but rather 11/02/2021. This would entitle me to shares and cash dividends which Public.com has refused to pay. Perhaps a slip up on their part in admitting the truth, but the email from Public.com I received today is accurate with respect to the actual date - November 2, 2021.

Desired outcome: The cash value of the shares on the day they were awarded, plus the cash dividend for the partial shares owned, plus $5,000 in punitive damages for my loss of funds, filing inaccurate public records about me via the BBB website, etc.
i have been trying for three weeks to withdraw funds from my Public acct. I can deposit funds but not withdraw funds. they say I have a withdrawal restriction on my acct. any ideas on to get my money out, I have sent them my id front and back and copy o

They are dishonest, shady people. They basically kicked me off the platform and told me I had 6 days to remove my funds, and refused to follow the legal agreement governing the 0 stock split. They just kept my money. Good luck! They're jerks.
