Proton Saga VVT No Plat : ALB 8693 under warranty claim on 19th Dec 2020 had verified the rear absorber right hand side malfunction oil leaking.
On 9th Jan 2021 Absorber claim part had arrive from proton HQ Mr Kunaselan as service adviser. But on 9th Jan 2021 other Sales Advice to serve claim the Absorber had given to other car but to borrow from nearby Service Centre to replace. Problem is the Proton EON Service Centre Jalan Kuala kangsar Ipoh Perak not allow customer to verified the part and to inspect during the process replacement as about 15 min claim all settle.
But the sound and oil leaking more worst. Found out there are replace with Used Part that is malfunction. Suspect the Absorber being claim sell out to other customer or being stolen form the worker. Proton service center inform there will claim again. Big issue as the new and good parts being stolen by Proton EON Service Centre Jalan Kuala kangsar Ipoh Perak. Until today dated 16th Feb 2021 claim part not arrive yet no estimated delivery date even may up to 1 years to 2 years not confirm.
Proton HQ need to look into these matters seriously that Authorized service centre stolen the good part replace with user/malfunction part that will lead to loss of life as these is Automotive Parts.
Loss of confident with Proton cars. (Proton EON Service Centre Jalan Kuala kangsar Ipoh Perak fail to proof through car owner the part that replace are new parts)

Desired outcome: Investigate for stolen the new part exchange with malfunction parts to car owner
