I ordered bottles of cbd gummies 2 bottles of 30 and 3 bottles of cbd capsules. I then cancelled so I wouldn’t receive 2 bottles monthly. Today 2/6/2023 I received 2 bottles of 300mg cbd gummies. I can’t find a phone number or address to contact and return the gummies. Return address states Fulfillment Center PO Box 7000 Smyrna, TN 37167. Nothing seems to be available online.
Desired outcome: Cancel any more shipments and no payment for this unwanted product.
I just received 5 more bottles that I didn't order. They've charged me $199.88 again! How can I contact these ppl to cancel this?
I was fortunate with my order. I caught them lying to me when I called back to cancel my order about an hour after I placed it. I immediately called my credit card company and told them I had been scammed. The reversed the initial charges of $199.50, plus there was another $59.95 charge the made to my credit card. If you got scammed like I did, contact your credit card and dispute it. I think the credit card companies are on to them, and they will reverse the charges without much hassle.
I have 12 bottles that I did not order.
Prior they sent me 6 bottles and requested a refund and to cancel whatever they decided unknown to me.
I may have close my checking acct.
They created much aggravation for me.
How the hell do we contact this shady outfit ? Originally I had a phone #, but never thought I would need it again.
I will no longer order anything online again thanks to outfits like Proper CBD Gummies 300mg.

I have the exact same problem. I didn't understand this was for anything more than 2 bottles.
