Proline Autobody Wynburg Sandton review: Don't want to pay my money for two weeks.

Good morning I had encountered a serious problem with proline Autobody Wynburg Sandton. Proline is a service provider to Midway Insurance. I have involved in a car accident on 26 July 2021 my car taken to proline by Miway on the 29 July Miway phone me telling me that the quotation in my car claim is less than access of my car, which miway said I must go take my car and fix it myself I did go to proline the following day with the quotation I get from miway and I sit down with the estimator down he said to me will help me fix my car with the same quotation then that means my car will be done repair at the same service provider proline I had to 75 % of the price on quotation I made the payment same time using internet banking an amount of r14000 they started fixing my car later in days they call me to come see the unseen damage by miway assessor the estimated make a quotation of new unseen damage which he gave me copy of it and it had cost r18, 964 which that had come to my mind that miway fail me. On the new quotation I pay r15000 deposit they start working with car a lot of delay to finish my car come I go to my way to show all the unseen damage on my car. My car was having mechanical damage in a months time, miway saw the wrongness they do to me and approve my claim on the 31 august when I was going to collect my car. Miway assessor arrive at proline and cancel all the cash job and said no cash job insurance is going to pay all the cost and I will only pay access in front of estimator and consultant. An agreement come to that I will receive my r9000, from all the money I paid during cash job in 3 working days. First week finish without paying my money now I am on second week without my money from proline. I want proline to pay my money immediately as always when I said I need my money they said they will pay me. When are they going to pay my money, I don't. Proline management are not faithful they must tell me when am I going to get my r9000 I need it immediately as we in two weeks now.
