Progressive Insurance CO review: Medical bill refused to pay

I was involved in a auto accident on Aug 31st 2020 hit by a driver That waes covered by progressive insurance company. I received a voicemail from progressive representative that they are accepting responsibility for the accident and any losses.
I am frustrated and disappointed that the bill from Northwest hospital woz refused to be paid by progressive insurance company.
Therefore I have received a collections letter for the medical services I received due to the auto accident. I have now had to get an attorney involved to resolve this issue. PROGESSIVE SHOULD PAY THIS BILL
