Progressive Auto review: Complaint

Called to file a claim about a car that caught on fire. Claim was taken lightly and was filed correctly multiple time we (George Lisa Nelson) to file this claim and noting but harassment was done wanting to see states of odd files and still wanting to not claim the car as lost property the car had gap insurance and car shield on it, we had no problems with car shield but problems with progressive auto insurance the car still had a lien on it which the car company wants to be paid off but due to us paying car insurance to this company they should be the ones to paying the car off thru the gap insurance that we are paying for. We have been in contact with several lawyers and also policeman to get reports and have them sent in all was done to protect the car holder credit report, contact was made with progressive many times to have this matter finally put to rest. No one has taken care of this matter the correct way on both parties, this matter has been going on for at least a year now are longer.
