Program Director known during [protected] CYNTHIA ARREOLA and ELIZABETH OLGUIN successively at A Brighter Future program for victims of Domestic Violence.
Elizabeth OLGUIN contact 323.762.8736 at this place between [protected] for verification purposes, and NO there was no "typo" mistake and no minor error when Kendra Sheppard-Guyton typed the dates [protected] on her LinkedIn profile.
Kendra knew EXACTLY what she was doing since she had been training in falsifying informations and making gross misleading statements for decades based on this very same made up information and impersonating said "Director" title between [protected] in cover up of her countless criminal activities "on the job" as Case Manager not "Director" and the closest to being the Director between 2000 and 2016 was IMPERSONATING the title on premises at 1553 Schrader Blvd., Hollywood CA.
Fact of truth and REALITY:
Kendra while working as a Case Manager CM not "Director" for victims of Domestic Violence families did in fact falsely impersonated the alleged "Director" title at YMCA Hollywood 1553 Schrader Blvd., between 2000 & 2016 all the while committing several of the following punishable by law offenses: stalking residents/clients, sexually harassing residents/clients, covered up her devious criminal offenses and activities by blaming her victims including women and children threatening to have them put on the street in order to silence them when she couldn't cover up. When residents/clients complained she stole from them in their absence, and stalked them, Kendra pressed even harder by stalking and harassing them even more. One can only assume it was meant to driving them "crazy" only to turn on them factually and invariably accusing them of "acting crazy". Kendra's coworkers who figured what was going on were pushed out the door by none other than Kendra and her bullying tactics and misrepresentations of her actions fallaciously claiming coworkers were aiming at the Director title when all along she was the one that always remained and aimed at said title: fact she now claims she was the Director from [protected]. She actually IMPERSONATED the title to get away with her crimes between 2000 & 2016. That was the only closest to Director she was during Cynthia Arreola and Elizabeth Olguin's terms as Directors.
Kendra Sheppard-Guyton would enter the residents/clients apartments stealing their underwears and personal and meaningful private objects and items in their absence...later, when clients went to "the office" on premises declaring theft those were overlooked as KENDRA SHEPPARD-GUYTON as case manager would self-proclaim complaints HAD TO go by her first and foremost.
She meticulously and carefully micromanaged every complaint only to gain control over their outcome: the trash can at best and at worst complaining families were kicked out on the streets either overnight on some fallacious excuses or after several "warnings" under false pretense of residents/clients not respecting some kind of program rule.
Fact was that Kendra Sheppard-Guyton used the program rules to silence her victims.
She has made countless victims. Should she not be seriously investigated and face the justice system the media will have to be made aware of these countless injustices. Hopefully, it won't have to go that far but YOU will get involved in seeing that justice be done.
Her greatest trick was that:
Since Kendra claimed she knew something was going on but couldn't talk but she would "plead" their case to the Director she truly only played people against one another. She would tell residents/clients "trust me" and often she wastrusted to be the first to hear about complaints, meanwhile it was only so that she easily managed to make the claims disappear and for those residents/clients that "insisted" KENDRA SHEPPARD-GUYTON would invariably return to get back at them in their absence only to gain power over her victims, pretending they were "loosing it" meaning their mind, she would arrogantly cover herself up claiming "no one had any interest in their private things" and "no one could enter their apartment". Yet KENDRA SHEPPARD-GUYTON had they keys!
Coworkers witnessed Kendra entering and exiting apartments prior to residents/clients claims. It was like everyone at some point figured including the residents/clients, coworkers and even Directors but it usually ended in Kendra twisting facts around to play savior between people that had nothing to do with the claims except Kendra invariably covering up for Kendra herself.
She was seen on camera getting by herself in and out of apartments while the residents/clients were absent, later managing to get those witnesses kicked out on the streets, pretending they were allegedly "jealous" of her coworkers or the Director and her ...and that there was "nothing the matter" but people "being irrational", "delusional", "hallucinating", "paranoid" and simply "lying and making things up to get at" someone or her because they were "jealous" of someone or her.
Residents/clients and Kendra's coworkers ALL JEALOUS OF EACHOTHERS OR HER? The only paranoid and delusional was Kendra.
She was deluded back then and always has been.
KENDRA SHEPPARD-GUYTON was a thief, while she falsely presented herself Director at A Brighter Future during Cynthia Arreola and Elizabeth Olguin's terms both real and factual Directors.
Kendra was already very deluded and convincing then too. Imagining herself more than what she truly ever was ever has been there.
Nothing but a creepy stalking sexual offender aggrandizing herself to gain power over her coworkers and the impoverished and defenseless families her victims victimized for telling on her. Meanwhile she eyed the Director title.
She built her career and self-esteem (she was EXTREMELY overweight, she stank too -which denoted poor hygiene though she seemed upkept the smell was telling when you were sitting and she stood next to you it was embarrassing and unbearable).
The word was around amongst her coworkers and residents/clients that Kendra felt very much in control only when she could step on those around her, many noticed her deviant character traits: an megalomaniac and overly narcissistic personality, compulsory lying and defamation of character use of tactics, including bullying and slandering her targets and the defenseless victims, thriving at stepping on others in attempt to climb the ladder, plagiarizing other people's work (even her LinkedIn description was plagiarized and she added some real info and added fallacious claims to make it hers. This woman cannot keep her story straight since she never was Director from 2000 to 2016 and this is only the tip of the iceberg from where to begin your investigations.
You may want to Contact Marc Anthony at 323.937.9325 for a background on Kendra though he is unaware of any of this complaint you will find that he might tell you things not expressed herein and most likely would somehow confirm Kendra's personality type. Marc Anthony never was aware of what was going on at Kendra's workplace and none of the residents/clients ever met him or knew of him.
Everything herein is factual from events that occurred on premises at 1553 Schrader Blvd., Hollywood YMCA.
Make KENDRA SHEPPARD-GUYTON take responsibilities by investigating her real and factual background. There has to be paper trail left by Kendra's prior coworkers at 1553 Schrader.
Can you imagine how much damage she has caused to countless families ever since she has self proclaimed nothing but lies, fallacies and made misleading statements just for personal gain to evade the legal repercussions of her unlawful many activities...while on her ladder climbing power trip?.
This should be her one way ticket to end up behind bars if there is any justice in this world.
Don't get fooled by her mouth, she sure can talk herself out of many many tricky situations she has trained since 2000 or so and on real victims.
No Kendra was not surrounded by jealous people. She was stepping on people for her sadistic own egotistic pleasure, and to her it was all just gamesmanship.
Her favorite cover up was to secretly accuse others of being threatened by another. For example, she would tell residents/clients she saw something on camera but couldn't speak up because she would have to accuse a coworker, at times she claimed the Director had been in the apartment that day, and to her coworkers she claimed the residents/clients had named them and she was covering for them...she was seen sending CYA aka cover your [censored] emails...to coworkers even though she was really THE ONE behind the criminal activities and covering herself by pretense of saving another's good name. She adored playing the savior where she created issues that would otherwise have not existed but for her criminal activities then turned around playing SAVIOR!
She was the ONLY worker that could stick around from [protected] only because she was masterfully planning, orchestrating and executing her dark manoeuvres.
Fact was that Kendra Sheppard-Guyton has used the program rules to silence her victims over almost two decades. What is she up to now? Huh?! Do you think she suddenly changed personality? People don't change just because they managed to reach a goal. In fact, they become even more hungry for more of what has fed their success: Risks.
Kendra has made countless victims. Should she not be seriously investigated and face the justice system?
In any events, should she not have to face a serious investigation ensued by a trial in a court of law then the media will have to be made aware of these countless injustices.

Kendra was known as Kendra Sheppard, then as Kendra Sheppard-Guyton and again as Kendra Sheppard between 2000 and today.
Kendra's many coworkers over the years will provide informations once they are aware it is in investigation for justice purposes.
Kendra has sent residents/clients (her victims) to mental health services on premises and a track record can be made from there -despite "privacy rights" we know that to investigate criminal activities such rights can be partially and/or completely lifted and cannot be used to cover up criminal activities to protect the (alleged) offender(s) crimes.
This message may and will be used to instigate and support any IRS investigations process and any other matters of concern under the Social Services Complaint investigating processes and other pertinent organizations.
