I was given one for Christmas 2010...no booklet included on 'care of item'...and was told 'you are ALWAYS given one'? explained to them 'maybe because it was busy and Christmas...and there were so many people at the counter it was forgotten? no..impossible per 'design galleries' store in LHV mall... Anyway, went on cruise in May...bracelet is ruined! went in pool...ocean...it got darker and darker everyday! DID NOT KNOW YOU COULD NOT WEAR IN THE WATER! I have $10 earrings that don't get ruined? WHAT ? I offered the bracelet for the store to keep on display as a 'DO NOT DO THIS'...but they would'nt even take it for that! wouldn't clean it...nothing! husband paid cash! RRRRRRRRRR Wrote to Pandora last year...NOTHING! :(
