My experience with Peachtree's customer support was excellent. They answered my call promptly, knew what parts I required, figured out the warranty coverage, and had the parts on the way in minutes. Jennifer and Randi were the two I dealt with, and they were awesome. My door was in use for 18 years before the mortise lock failed. Other than that, I have had no problems with the doors. They are well constructed, tight fitting and energy efficient.
