Received confirmation of two rooms reserved for four nights at the Days Hotel in Egg Harbor Township, NJ through Hotels.com.
Upon arrival told by hotel registration personnel that no such reservation had been received by them and that no rooms were available. No help from them in locating nearby accommodations. Called Hotels.com and after 38 minutes on hold their repeated attempts to transfer me to proper department to assist in finding alternative accommodations failed. Finally told by representative to call back tomorrow!
