My name is Ben and I am the Director of Operations for Amscot Financial. Please contact me at [protected] and we’ll be happy to work with you to resolve your complaint. Because we are a financial institution, some credit card company's may see that we are a financial institution and classify the charge as a "Cash Advance". If you explain to them it was a purchase, they may change the charge to a purchase. We are also working with our credit card processor to see if there is anything we can do on our end to fix this. We apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced and appreciate your feedback.
