Hey all, this Frank Popolizio is a big absentee landlord in Schdy. He's got properties in my neighborhood, they are terrible, need ot call code enforcement all the time. He is a tax delinquent. His properties are riddledd with code violations. There was a fire at one of his apartment buildings last year and someone died, he claimed he didn't know where the tenant was. He must have paid someone off in the city because we've heard nothing about it since the fire department suggested it was a homicide. And the guy doesn't carry insurance either, so when the building had the fire, the cost of knocking it down had to be paid by the city. For shame.
