We are sorry that there seem to be a few people who are not happy with the service they have received from Activity Superstore – if any of you would like to forward your contact details and any information you have about your voucher to this address: customerreview@activitysuperstore.com then I will look into what has happened and get back to you as soon as possible to try and resolve the problems you have had. For any suppliers who have difficulties redeeming our customers’ vouchers, I will also be happy to check out the agreements we have with you and answer any questions you may have about the process.

I'm sorry that your experience did not live up to expectations and if you would like to send your details to customerreview@activitysuperstore.com then I will investigate further.
