If I had to guess Missouri doesn't have to much snow/ So sending a store that doesn't get a lot of snow a tone of units wouldn't be a great business decision. By the sounds of it, they could have sent that area a few more. I have been shopping those sales and you have to get there really early, just like the day after thanksgiving.
