Hi,
My name is Zack, this user had an issue with the script concerning using multi-byte character codes in the username that had caused the issue. Knowing that now I am able to patch the script, however the user has posted many complaints, filed "Significantly not as described" disputes via paypal, and still maintains to use the script.

I had communicated that I was working on the problem and would respond when I had a solution and would provide a bug fix, because not every script can be perfect, and updating users worked for me (since I was using english characters for usernames), however during my research and work to fix it they filed many complaints to this an other places, as well as paypal, and even had someone email me a simple sales question that I responded to fairly quickly cause it was easy to respond to, as opposed to fixing a bug and updating someones site that I couldn't re-produce at the time as he did not explain that the user they were attempting to update was "şŞıİğĞüÜöÖçÇ".

I will be updating the latest copy and resolving any issues, however everyone must understand that tracking bugs, the cause, and finding solutions can take time, however I do work to provide all bug fixes as quickly as possible, and I do provide the service for free, as I always have.

Just to confirm,
I tried to offer you the fix, I tried to resolve the issues for you, and in return I get the below email from you.

Please understand the refund is a courtesy, as I did attempt to resolve the issues for you, they were just not within the 2 day limit you set for yourself to receive my reply, which I am not going to go into and explain why it took 2 days to fix an issue that I could not duplicate on my server.

I am publishing the fix to my latest copy of PTCshop and will provide bug fixes, but seeing as you have no intent of removing the site, and you have a fix and working version, I see no reason to provide a refund at this point, and for anyone to dispute that, I would like to know their reasoning.

I am a reasonable person, but your persistence in claiming I treated you horribly when I did nothing but treat you with respect and work to resolve your issues, simply because it wasn't within the 2 days you thought you should receive the reply / fix you post deflamatory comments on blogs and say you will not remove them.

I'm done working with you on this as you clearly do not wish to work on the issue that caused your distress, I will consider your refund, but only after you have posted that you made a mistake and blew things way out of proportion on an issue I told you I would help you resolve, and DID work to resolve for you respectfully.

If anyone thinks replying to a "sales question" email is harder than fixing a bug, and that the bug email should have been replied to before a sales email that took 20 seconds to respond to, is cause for posting such content as above, then that is their view and I will respect that, but I do not appreciate the attitude and statements made by Hakan and will stand behind my decisions without any regrets.

I work to provide a quality service, and fix all bugs (if any...) that may occur on a server, however I cannot predict ALL server working environments, and when there is a bug, you can rest assured I will work to resolve it, however it may take some time, and if you cannot wait for me to complete my updates, please do not purchase my script.

You did not make a refund although you said so.
You are simply not an honest seller and I want you to be sure that you will remember all of this when you write your name, your email address, or your product name on search engines!
To make a proof I will not delete the site and prove every time you try to stop it!

Pure and simple it is working properly on my server, and 3 other test systems I have for testing different hosting environments. Why it is not working for you, I cannot say at this point without access to your server, which I do not want or need, as I have no intention of helping you any further with the comments you've made.

Yes, I told you I would offer a refund, AND help you resolve the problem, I've done nothing but try and help and you've done NOTHING but complain and yell at the top of your lungs, pure and simple, it is easy to see that the system is working on EVERY other website that runs my script. Do you honestly think the script would have such exposure if you couldn't update member's details? There is no way a script could make it as far as PTCShop if you couldn't even update details, the fact is you have a very unique case, and while I offered and worked to solve it, you opened up complaints on multiple threads, blogs, disputes with paypal, and all before even 2 days of work completed to look into the issue that was clearly local to your server as my Demo is clearly working, and my test systems are clearly working, so while I worked to fix the issue on your server, you changed passwords yes, so I proceeded to run tests on my servers, there is nothing I can do except work on my servers to reproduce the issue and provide updates for you to test, yet you complain when I stil provided you updates after everything you've said.

I have already told you I closed the dispute to negate a negative balance in paypal as the funds were not in paypal, so the dispute put the account into negative, as the funds were in transit to the bank, and I told you I would refund as soon as the funds cleared the bank and I could transfer back, however you went on to say you would leave the site up as "proof" as some way to hurt me, you continued to call me names, a dis honest person, I do not appreciate it and I will stand by what I've said, as I have done nothing but try and help you, and you have done nothing but try and call me names and complain. I do not appreciate it.

You had 1 bug... A bug that I cannot re-produce on my end. You complained and called names all you wanted, regardless of my willingness to help.

The fact is you blew things way out of proportion and only waited 2 days before filing complaints to multiple websites and disputes via paypal over a single bug that was unique to your server, whether you say it's unique or not, the fact stands that my demo and all other websites are functioning properly, your case is the only one I've seen where a user account failed to update, and with no way to test it on your server, the best I could offer was to send you new updates and have you test them, which I did until you started calling me dis-honest, a liar, and going way overboard on your comments and complaints.

I have no need to carry this on further as it will get nowhere, the evidence is clear that the script is working properly as I run MANY websites that obviously would not last a week if the things you say are true, so just because you had a single issue with updating users you claim that it's a poorly coded buggy script, there is no basis on this other than your frustration and anger towards a situation that could have been easily avoided with communication and simple conversation from your part, and patience while I work with you.

Had you asked me why I responded to your sneaky tactics of your friends sales question email and not yours yet, I would have clearly explained that I was working on duplicating the issue on my system so it could be resolved and a reason for it could be found, and I would have explained that it is very simple to reply to a question email than to provide a bug update that requires work and time, and once I was complete with the update I would contact you again.

Instead you decided to send a nasty email stating I was dis-honest, that you opened up complaint threads on 4 websites, that I somehow have sold a script for over 5 years with such a large bug in it... Instead of simply asking why I replied to them and have not fixed your issue after 48 hours... The answer is simple, I worked to resolve your issue, and because you did not get what you wanted within a few days of me giving you a status update, you made false claims that I was dis-honest, said it was all buggy, as if the one issue constituted as an all buggy script, especially when the issue was local to your server, and clearly works for many other individuals.

I do appreciate your business and wish you well in your future business ventures, and I respectfully say that I'm sorry you had such an experience with the PTCShop script, as I have worked for quite some time to make it a powerful and feature rich script, bug free, and it is the only one in this industry that you can buy from the original developer and obtain full source code with such a license for only $47, the fact is that I sell a quality product, and if there is a bug, I will work to resolve it, as I have offered this entire time.

I truly wish you well in the future, and hope you find better luck with another PTC script out there.

I don't know who you are nadie but you obviously have not communicated with me directly.

I do not have a support ticket system, all contact is done via email, and you can easily contact me via my site.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but there is no way you are related to anything close to a customer I've worked with anytime recently or in the past.

The script works as described, there are no "buggy" issues with the script, the only person that had an issue had a multi-lingual issue, and waited 2 day's before throwing a hissy fit after I told them I would fix the issue for them, and without notice they go on and post threads like this. I'm sorry, but after I tell you that I'm working on the issue, and you wait 2 days and post comments like that is not an honest person.

I do my best to offer quality support, top notch customer service, and make any adjustments that might be needed on a case by case basis for an extremely affordable price, and the fact that you say you submitted a "Ticket" when I don't have a ticket system shows me that you are simply a liar.

I don't appreciate liars, and your comments are crap.
