I agree with this women's complaint concerning the prepaid Debit cards. It's nothing but a scam ! I had a Achieve Prepaid credit card sent to me through the mail. How they obtained my information I don't know, but somehow they managed to do it. I had $20 dollars placed on my prepaid card and only had spent seven dollars of the 20, they took the rest of it talking about the rest was taken to manage my account. I am reporting them to the better buisness burual. I am advising anyone to check out a prepaid card company first before you invest any money into them.
