At this point it seems one of the best things we can do is spread awareness. If people are Googling this company, they should see prominently all the complaints against them so they don't waste their money in the first place.
To that end, I've set up a Facebook page with many links to complaints against them. You can view it or contribute to it at http://www.facebook.com/greatamericanballooncompany. If you have another webpage or place you can link to it from, that will help it show up more prominently in Google.
