I bought ink and toner in April. Put them in on Fri. 5/20/11 and a blank strip appeared on the right side of the page. I tried to remove the drum and toner but they would not come out of the fax machine. It took 3 employees and one bloody finger to get the inserted drum and toner out. When I called the 1-ink customer service rep, she said I would have to trouble shoot why there was a problem. I told them that I would not put the ink and toner back into the fax machine knowing the difficulty of removal. I requested return labels to return the defective items. The rep. was not pleased with my request from the tone of her voice but told me that I would receive 2 return labels by the end of the day. I checked my fax on 5/21 and no return labels are there. AND OF COURSE THE BUSINESS IS ONLY OPEN MON-FRI.
