the worst problem seems to be with the Citadel patio door locks. I have been told by the peachtree rep that the locks have a design flaw and that is why they have failed so ofter and so soon after installation. I have 5 doors with these locks that have never functioned properly and I am not sure i want to put $1000.oo ( 5 x 180 ) into a poorly designed lock.. is there a different brand of lock that can be bought to work with these doors ? i have been dealing with the peachtree rep for 4 years and lately have not even gotten a return phone call.
