Service from Tyagi Gas Agency is the worse I have ever experienced. It has been few years that I am using their service (I have no other option, I stay in Vaishali and this the only agency cater to this area). It is a real exercise for me and my wife to get in touch with them .. none of their telephone numbers are in working condition, they keep changing their numbers every now and then. I am not sure if HP as organization has any machanism to keep control on their dealers and have some quality checks on them. Looking into my experience with them I can only say HP SUCKS !
