That's ok I can understand. That's why I am filing a suit in Virginia. I am charging them with incompetence for they are trying to withdraw funds from a bank account that has been closed (yes I notified them PERSONALLY) since June of 2010 and they have the new account number. This is the thrid time that this has happened in under six months. I have filed complaints with the better business breau and the FTC. I am also interviewing lawyers to take the case. I suggest you do the same and file a complaint with the FTC. Good Luck.
yes you can. put the request in writing. Legally they have 15 days from receipt to respond (depending on state and federal laws). They have to give you a reason or, you can file a law suit due to discrimination. Good luck.
If the person has a receipt and the warranty for said product is covered under it for a period of time (appliances is usually 2 to 5 years) then the store that they purchased it from is obligated to do something about to repair the product. Citibank/Sears credit services (boy what a joker there), can't even keep or, update their records properly. They are either incompetent, stupid (I won't insult handicap people by saying [censor]ed, the handicap people have more intellengence). I say file a complaint with the FTC & BBB then go to every (and I do mean every) news outlet and social network and nail to the wall. Either way good luck.
Yes you can! If they defaulted and stop taking the payment w/o contacting you and went to court, then that's illegal. Go through your state's Attorney General's Office and Consumer department and then file with the FTC FOR UNFAIR PRATICES. Sorry about the caps but you need to know your rights. Good luck.
Look up state laws for statue of limitations. For most states it's usually around 8 years. Only two things that have NO statue of limitations, Murder and Treason. That's the law.
