The complaint is other way around. You dont receive the regular premiums/ chit values in time. I do payments in or bfore time and I hate penalties .
I've 2 chits at palamaner branch. I don't receive either intimation cards or visit of your agents. Every month I've to remind them. There is never maintenance of prescribed/agreed time of meeting. This shows the
attitude which seems to be casual and unresponsible.
