I too had a similar experience in Dec 2010. e-mails to onlinerefund@ksrtc.org yielded no result. there was no-one to pick phone at the 080-[protected] number. Once I got through and then was put on hold for eternity. I have now disputed the transaction with my bank. If nothing moves in the next 10 days, I am moving consumer court against them charging them for deficiency of service and financial fraud.
