I purchased a brand new scooter from them. I received the scooter at the dock in perfect condition in lightning fast time. So far, so good. But, after unpacking it and preparing it to ride and starting it up I soon found out I had a problem. The scooter would run for a little while and then die out. After it would die, I had a miserable time getting it started again. Usually, it would start again after a day or two. It would die at random times. I couldn't figure out why. I immediately notified the company and began dialogue about my problem. They had no idea! But, they just kept giving me all manner of possible solutions that never worked. Eventually, they told me to send in the entire carburetor. But, I was positive that that was not the problem. So, they gave me a big long list of troubleshooting guidelines. Many of which I was technically unable to perform. Although I kept asking, they would not accept a return. They also would not pay for me to take it to a mechanic. So, either I learn to become a specialized mechanic or I'm up the creek without a paddle. That's where it stands today. I've had my scooter for about three months and can't ride it anywhere. It's just sitting there with 20 miles on it. I've even had a mechanic look at it and he doesn't know what's wrong. So, now I'm trying to go through my Credit Card for a chargeback. We'll see. My advice is to forego business with this company unless you are a trained mechanic who understands that you will most likely receive a lemon of a scooter that will need plenty of service. These scooters are made extremely cheaply and the company will not help you much at all. To be fair, I believe the employees treated me respectfully and have been responsive to my contact with them. They are probably bound by policy which is not fair to the customer. Also, I have never received the paperwork for the scooter, so I am unable to register it--which makes it illegal for me to drive in my state.
