The complaint dated 02 Jun 2017 which was registered in this site against TATA DOCOMO have still not been rectified inspite of acknowledging the same by them. Such a poor response from an organisation like TATA DOCOMO was never imagined; It seems their own men are letting it down

It is extremely shameful to say that inspite of several complaints by all means ie via customer care, this complaint board site, the TATA DOCOMO officials have not taken any action to deactivate my VOICE MAIL since past one month. Now i have no option left but to knock the court of law for this harassment and loss.
If the company has any self respect, then it should wake up and immediately resolve the issue but it seems that the company is neither bothered about customer satisfaction nor interested in saving their own name.
Also for the info of TATA DOCOMO, I will raise this plight through all leading newspapers.

In last 10 days i have written three complaints about TATA DOCOMO on this site however only one is displayed and has been acknowledged by TATA DOCOMO. However as usual - with the superficial assurance - they have slept over the issue. Contacting higher official like Ms GEETA and Mr Bhaskar HAS ALSO RESULTED IN UTTER FAILURE.
If TATADOCOMO cannot solve my issue, i have the following proposals
1 give me another sim card with the number of my choice without any charge
2 Credit the bal available amount of the present card (which is only Rs 102.50 ) to the new sim card
If this also u cannot do in a time bound manner - I REQUEST TATA DOCOMO not to use the line as
" we at tata docomo keep it simple" since it doesnot suit you guys.

i received a call from ur customer care, a lady called "PINKY" when i was in middle of conference and she offered some service which i was not interested on. Inspite of my telling her i dont want the service, she kept on insisting to activate the service (idea music station). To get rid of her, i asked only one question - is there any charge that will be deducted if i agree to it. She said there will be no charge and nothing will be duducted from my account and u have to dial a number 543213 for further action. Then i said - Go ahead. This happened at about 1200hrs on 28 Mar 12
Now at 0745pm, my account has been deducted with Rs 120/- which SHE NEVER HIGHLIGHTED and she kept on telling me about the number 543213 whether i have noted that or not, very fraudulently hiding the actual thing.
WITH THIS FORUM, I IMMEDIATELY REQUEST TO REIMBURSE THE AMOUNT OF RS 120/- INTO MY ACCOUNT AND DEACTIVATE ALL USELESS THINGS WHICH I DONT USE ELSE I WILL BE CONSTRAINT TO BRING TO THE NOTICE OF ONE AND ALL INCLUDING PUBLISHING IN MEDIA about the mischievous activity of your company.
Even sorry to say to speak to ur customer care we have to pay 0.50 per 3 min. That clearly shows u dont want us to speak to u.

no action has been taken by the complaint board to pursue my case. i have not received any feedback either from the idea cellular or from the complaint board.
