I also had credit with iwatchfilm and after downloading two movies, which were actually of good quality, the site closed down. I emailed them and got this in reply "our old site closed and we can't do refund. we plan to restore it during 2 weeks with double balances"
That was it, no name, no dear customer and obviously I have not had my account opened with double the balance! Luckily it was only a small amount! Still angry about it though...I will be wary of any other sites like this from now on!
