It sounds to me like two apposing teams on the battlefeild. I have utilized the service of Jay Atkin & Riser. Found them to be honest, reliable, much more knowledgable than most other firms that charged 4 to 10 times as much for the same services and some of them actually turned around and hired Jay Adkisson & Riser to draft their agreements. I have nothing but praise for those guys, but then again- I've never come up against them in court...
