This company needs to be brought to the attention of the Attorney General AND the News Media.
They are making money off of people by hooking them with a FREE TRIAL which they are charged $4.95 to have the Acia Pure shipped for a TRIAL.
When you get the product you get information on the packing slip stating you can ONLY return the UNOPENED bottle AND you get charged a restocking fee for returning the UNOPENED bottle.
WHERE EXACTLY is the FREE TRIAL in that ?
How are you to try something if you can not open it.
IF you open it, you are not allowed to return it nor allowed a refund.
They already have your credit card number and they make sure they bill you $39.95 for a product that is being returned (as in my case, that you have NOT even got to try.)
Calling customer service is basically useless they won't help you and give you a RMA number for return, you are redirected to email GetOrderHelp.com.
When you finally wait for DAYS to get an RMA number via email they try to offer you discount deals delaying your return giving them time to charge your credit card.
THEN when you finally do get a RMA number and send it back UNOPENED and UNTRIED you are charged a 6.00 restocking fee. Calling customer care does no good as they are rude and just tell you sorry " this conversation is going in circles goodbye"
DON'T Order this Stay away from this company and Bromolite too; you will get hooked into their scam.
You end up getting charged $10.00 For NOTHING. You don't get to try the product and they win by getting free money for NOTHING at the consumers expense !
I called and DID cancel my order but your company charged me 69.95 anyway.
ALSO .. there is no way to communicate via email because you need an order number and (I) the customer received NO paperwork in the padded envelope that the bottle was shipped to me in that would have and SHOULD HAVE given any contact information ... be it mail, email or a toll free number.
I got the number off my credit card statement AFTER the fact. I had called and cancelled and then 5 days later the company charged my credit card anyway !
I've called 2 times and got 2 confirmation numbers for cancellation and all the customer support people can tell you is " oh yeah we had trouble with fit factory were not doing that anymore and further " oh sorry we don't know why you were charged AFTER you cancelled.
You SHOULD get a refund in about 10 - 12 days.
The charges shouldn't have happened ... the customers information should NOT have been given to ANY OTHER PERSON OR COMPANY PERIOD !

Makers of dietary supplements that lured consumers on the Internet with allegedly deceptive weight-loss claims and bogus "free" sample offers, and then debited their bank accounts or charged their credit cards for continuing shipments without their consent, have agreed to settle Federal Trade Commission charges that they violated federal law.
• Debiting or charging accounts of consumers who cancelled or tried to cancel, or those who were not adequately informed of the negative option features or terms and conditions, and therefore did not provide express informed consent for the debits or charges.
They also were charged with violating the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and Regulation E by debiting consumers' accounts on a recurring basis without obtaining the required written authorization.

In my case I did cancel once I found out what these companies were doing but they charged my card as well 5 days later after cancelation and im waiting for a refund for illegal charges after cancelation. ALSO in my case they CAN NOT say I didn't call... its all recorded on my cell phone account ! ! ! ! BE VERY FEARFUL OF ACIAPURE --- you pay for Free trial and don't even get to try it and then get charged 39.95 after you cancel AND RETURN THE UNOPENED BOTTLE -- THEN THEY CHARGE YOU A 6.00 restocking fee. SO ALL TOTAL ACIAPURE/Central Coast Nutraceuticals makes $10.00 off each consumer who NEVER ACTUALLY GETS TO have a (FREE TIRAL)
